Jessica Lobes is a subrogation attorney with extensive litigation experience, her principal focus since 2012 being insurance subrogation and creditor advocacy. Jessica has been with Rathbone Group since 2015; she handles claims for subrogation clients primarily throughout the State of Texas. While analyzing each subrogation claim pre-litigation, she proactively negotiates claims with adverse insurance carriers.
This alternate approach to claims resolution has effectively prevented countless subrogation lawsuits; maximizing recovery while saving client resources and expenses. When lawsuits are filed, she litigates with a primary focus to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jessica has been honored by her peers by being selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years (2018-2021).
Originally from the Midwest, Jessica obtained her degree from Purdue University in May 2007. She continued on to law school at Western Michigan University, formerly Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and received her Juris Doctorate in May 2010. Upon graduation, Jessica relocated to Texas and began her legal career assisting with Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings and debtor rights.
Now licensed to practice law in several states and district courts, Jessica is an active member in several Bar associations as well as alumni associations. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, attending sporting events with her husband and spending time with her 2 toddlers and golden retriever.
